Job description:

Peak Counseling is looking for a motivated, compassionate therapist to join our growing team as a W-2 employee.

Our practice primarily serves individuals in their 20s and 30s navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. If you’re passionate about working with this population, this could be a great fit.

We’re seeking a clinician who is:

• Self-motivated and independent
• Eager to grow clinically and expand their skillset
• Collaborative and open to team support and case consultation

Requirements:

• Clinically licensed or license-eligible in Michigan (LLMW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mental health field
• Passion for working with individuals in their 20’s and 30’s 
• See a minimum of 15 clients weekly
• Commit to 1 team meeting per week
• Be paneled or agree to be paneled with BCBS Michigan, Blue Care Network and Priority Health insurance
• Maintain malpractice insurance with 1 million/3 million coverage
• Maintain an active Psychology Today profile
