Welcome!

Hi,  I’m Rebecca! I’m the owner of Peak Counseling and the therapist behind The Quarterlife Therapist on Instagram.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain in any stage of life, you’re not alone, and therapy can help.

Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we provide relational-based,  in-person and telehealth therapy across the state of Michigan.

Maybe You’re Feeling…

  • Anxiety or overwhelm

  • Identity confusion — career uncertainty, identity shifts, big decisions

  • Stress From Life Changes — graduating, new jobs, breakups, moves, engagement/marriage, early parenthood

  • Depression or feeling “stuck”

  • Stress from balancing work, relationships, and expectations

  • Overwhelmed or in need of a calm space to unpack major life changes or trauma

If you related to any of these, you’re in the right place.

Many of our clients are young adults  navigating career stress, identity, and burnout.  We also work with adults at other stages of life facing difficult periods of change.
